William Mullen, Sr. was a grocer, the proprietor of the Saranac Supply.

WILLIAM MULLEN, SR.

William Mullen, Sr., a resident of Saranac Lake for the past 33 years, died at his home in that village Saturday night. Death followed a stroke of paralysis which the deceased suffered on March 7.

Born in North Bangor in 1845, Mr. Mullen made his home in Peru prior to moving to Saranac Lake. He was engaged in the meat market and grocery business.
