Hoffman Pharmacy was on the Church Street Extension. It shared a building with the Tally Ho Restaurant, United Cleaners and Newman and Holmes 1 from the early 1960s through at least 1989. The building burned.
Historic Saranac Lake has a pharmaceutical scale donated by the Whiteface Mountain Lodge, Number 789, a gift from Howard Hoffman, who currently resides at Will Rogers and has been a Mason for fifty years.
