Other information: In the 1990s Charles and Mary Baldwin occupied this house.
Sarah Bodah writes: I grew up at 5 Woodycrest. It was owned by the Stanley's in the 70's I believe. My family (the Bodahs) rented the house from 1982 on from the Rice family. My parents bought it about 10 years ago. There is one large cure porch left, which my father refurbished recently. The other 2 cure porches were changed over to indoor spaces before we moved in. My father also recently painted the house a nice beige/tan, added a new roof and built on a two story addition! (February 2, 2010)
