Bjarne Sorvaag was one of a group of Norwegian merchant seamen curing on the second floor of the Sageman Cottage in September of 1942. He was mentioned in a column named "Cottage Calls," in The Guild News, where his name was given as Bjorn Sarvaag, but nothing further was said.
