Anthony D. Crisham was a [War II veteran].  He was a son of Daniel and Delia Nicholson Wolf.

SARANAC LAKE - Anthony D. Crisham, 57, died unexpectedly Friday. He had been a resident of Saranac Lake since 1946.

Mr. Crisham was born in Bolton, Lancashire, England June 7, 1922, the son of Daniel and Delia Nicholson Wolf. He had served as a lieutenant (jg) in the Merchant Marine during World War II.

He had been a longtime employee the Village of Saranac Lake Water Department.

He is survived by his wife, the former Ann Quigley; a daughter, Mrs. Ann Marie Ertel of Hokum; his mother, Mrs. Delia Sullivan of New York City; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Hunneneider of Long Island, Mrs. Christina Pardi of New York City, and Mrs. Eileen Richmond of Wisconsin; and a grandson, Yon Ertel of Holcum.

He reposed at the Keough and Son Memorial Chapel Sunday afternoon and evening. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday at 10:15 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church with Rev. C. J. McAvoy officiating.

Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery.
