Minnie Wray Hickok was a resident of Bloomingdale for over 50 years and operated Hickok's Boat Livery at Fish Creek for many years

MINNIE WRAY HICKOK

Saranac Lake— Minnie Wray Hickok, 85, of Bloomingdale, died Friday, evening March 5, 1976, at the Saranac Lake General Hospital.

She was born April 18, 1890 in Mooers Forks, the daughter of Emery and Carrie (Cokley) Downs. Her husband, Roger, predeceased her in 1945, also, a son, Gaylord Wray in 1968.

She is survived by a son, Robert, of Saranac Inn; a sister, Hazel Bendon, of Stillwater, N.Y.; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was a resident of Bloomingdale for over 50 years and operated Hickok's Boat Livery at Fish Creek for many years.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, March 8, 1976, at the Fortune Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Union Cemetery at Mooers Forks in May.
