Baker Street runs from Park Avenue two blocks east to Cliff Street. Like all the streets in the Cottage Row subdivision developed by Julia Baker Miller, Baker Street was given one of Mrs. Miller's family names. According to a survey map of 1909, today's Baker Street was then called Catherine Street, and was an extension around a 90 degree corner of today's Catherine Street.
