John Hafer Appointed Saranac Lake School

John Hafer, popular member of the Saranac Lake baseball team for several years past has been appointed assistant principal of the high school of that village. "Bill," as he is more popularly known, is a graduate of Syracuse University and will perform the duties of Mrs. Eileen Benham, principal, who has been granted a six months' - leave of absence because of ill health.
