Dr. Lucien P. Leduc, who had served as Assistant Pastor at St. Bernard's from 1962 to 1964, later left the priesthood. He married Natalie Bombard Corl in 1973 and together they owned and operated Tandel Office Supplies. Lucien was known for his piano playing. He died in 1989 and is buried in Pine Ridge Cemetery.
