It is said that a barber named GARROW, who is employed in the shop of MACE PASHO, at Saranac Lake, has designed a bottle that can not be refilled. Mr. PASHO and Attorney A. K. BOTSFORD have become interested in the matter, and have applied for a patent on the bottle. Mr. GABROW and his partners, have, it is said, been offered several thousand dollars for an interest in the patent, which they declined.
