Mrs. Ames Held Sunday

Mrs. Daniel Ames, 72, of this village was buried Sunday afternoon in the Pine Ridge cemetery, Saranac Lake, Rev. H. L. Snow officiating.

Mrs. Ames died Friday after a long illess. The former Anna Smith, she was born in Wilmington on March 11, 1874 and had lived in Lake Placid 24 years. She is survived by her husband; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Ames, of Saranac Lake, Fannie of New England and a brother, Frank, of Connecticut.
