Mildred Sweeney Keough was a member of the Women's Civic Chamber and the principal editor of their book, A Past to Remember, A Future to Mold.  A scholarship honoring her was created by the WCC.

She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. [D. Sweeney] of [St. Bernard Street], originally of Troy.
