Other information: A large, Tudor revival-style, 2 and 1/2 story cure cottage. The owner, J. Peyton Clark, was a civil engineer whose wife had tuberculosis. Two large cure porches occupy the entire south side of the house.

In 1962 it was the home of Stuart Reed.

A fire in 1971 destroyed five bedrooms, the roof, and all original windows.
