Nils Milvartsen was one of the Norwegian Seamen from Tgolleng, Norway, age 26. He arrived in Saranac Lake probably shortly before November 8, 1943. He is very likely the same person who sent several postcards, signed only "Nils," to Pat and Emma Spear at the Spear Cottage when he arrived home after World War II.
