SARANAC LAKE - Raymond "Bucky" Walton, 61, of Saranac Lake died suddenly yesterday in St. Petersburg, Fla.
He was born Oct.. 10, 1923, in Saranac Lake, the son of Ernest and Irene Walton and had lived most of his life in this village.
He was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his mother of Saranac Lake; four sisters, Mrs. Helen Pelkey and Mrs. Ruth LaVair, both of Saranac Lake, Mrs. Jean Rock of Saranac Inn and Mrs. Geraldine Gilbert of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two brothers, Richard Walton of Saranac Lake and George Walton of Holly; and a son, Raymond Walton, and a daughter, Judy Walton, both of Germany.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and with the Fortune Funeral Home.
