Other information: A Shingle style house built by Branch and Callanan, renovated in 1927 in a design by William G. Distin.

The house was built on the first lot sold in Highland Park to George Duryee, a broker from New York City who came to Saranac Lake for his health in 1892.

Dr. Willard B. Soper lived here.
