Born:

Died: November 15, 1998

Married: Ben Fruhlinger

Children:

Cecilia was married to Dr. Ben Fruhlinger who was a physician and radiologist at the Ray Brook Sanatorium. She also worked at the sanatorium. Their house was located out at Turtle Pond.

Chris Brescia remembers that Celia cared for a colony of feral cats on the property at Ray Brook, and that people would dump cats there for her to feed. She was allowed to feed the cats there even after the sanatorium closed and became a prison. Chris also remembers that she was in a concentration camp in WWII, and that he thought her job at Ray Brook was Director of Nursing.
