'Jeanne Russell Guggenheim 'Moreau was the daughter of Edward Russell and Carrie Sawyer Russell, and the granddaughter of famed Adirondack guide Moses Eli Sawyer. After her divorce from Edmond Guggenheim, she continued to reside at the former Guggenheim Adirondack Great Camp on Lower Saranac Lake. She married Donald Moreau with whom she had two children, Donald Jr. (Donnie) and Deidre (DeeDee). Jeanne and the children were active in Pony Club. For many years Jeanne and Don operated Moreau's Book Store on Main Street in Saranac Lake, currently the site of the Blue Moon Cafe. Don was also the proprietor of Moreau Heating and Fuel.
