Rupert Hall

SARANAC LAKE - Rupert Hall, 77, of Lake Clear died Saturday evening at the General Hospital of Saranac Lake. He was born Sept. 19, 1899, in Paul Smiths, the son of George and Elizabeth Marshall Hall.

Mr. Robert [sic] had been a caretaker for the Harrison Garrett Camp in Upper St. Regis Lake for 28 years.

He is survived by his wife, the former Dorothy Farrell; two sisters, Elizabeth Rock of Fort Jackson and Hazel Bell of the Highland Nursing Home in Massena; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours at the Fortune Funeral Home are Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral sevice Is tentatively set for Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be In Brighton Cemetery.
