Mrs. Collier Baird

Mrs. Collier Baird of Glenwood Estates, Saranac Lake, died at Saranac Lake General Hospital at 6 o'clock this morning. She had been a patient there for 14 days.

Mrs. Baird was born Dorothy Norton on May 27, 1894 in Chicago, Ill., a daughter of Lawrence A. and Grace Bulckens Norton. She and Mr. Baird had had a home in Saranac Lake since 1947 and also had homes in South Orange and Basking Ridge, N.J., and, for the past three years, at Short Hills, N.J.

Survivors are three sons, two daughters, 15 grandchildren, three great-grand children and three sisters.

Friends may call all day Thursday at the Fortune Funeral Home. The funeral service has been set tentatively for 11 a.m. Friday at the Church of St. Luke, the Beloved Physician. Following tlie service, cremation will be in Troy.

Mrs. Baird's family requests that flowers be omitted.
