Mr. and Mrs. David Hood purchased a one-family home at 86 Algonquin Ave. from Mr. and Mrs. Thomas O’Connor. The Wilkins Agency's Saranac Lake office handled the sale. The Hoods have moved to Saranac Lake from western New York State. Mr. Hood is employed at the Howard Johnson Motor Lodge in Lake Placid and Mrs. Hood recently joined Maurice's Beauty Salon in Saranac Lake.
