A. Rivers Genet, great-great-grandson of "Citizen" Genet, the first French ambassador to the United States and a cousin of ex-District Attorney George Clinton Andrews, of Tarrytown, died Thursday at Saranac Lake, where he had gone for treatment. During the world war he was a Lieutenant-Commander in the Naval Militia aboard the U. S. S. Mississippi. His home was in Ossining.
