She has served with the Army since March, 1943 and saw duty in the European theater. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Bruso of 4 Payeville road.” 
This photograph was published a third time, with a caption reading " Lieut. Clarice Bruso of Saranac Lake, who is stationed in Great Britain with a unit of the Army Medical Corps. She was commissioned in the Army Nurse Corps on March 15, 1943 and was stationed at Camp Gordon Johnston, Fla., Camp VanDorn, Miss., and the Moore General hospital, N. C, before going overseas. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Bruso of 4 Payeville road."
