Mrs. Florence Hale

Mrs. Florence Hale died Saturday morning at 8 o'clock at Saranac Lake General Hospital at the age of 69. She had been a patient at the hospital since Aug. 2. She is the widow of Harry Hale who died 40 years ago.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Dada Shaw of 7 Elm Street with whom she made her home and Mrs. Barbara D'Onofrio also of Saranac Lake; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A service was held at 11 o'clock this morning at the Fortune Funeral Home with the Rev Leon R. Stapely, pastor of the Adirondack Community Church, officiating. Interment was in Pine Ridge Cemetery.

Mrs. Hale's family requests that friends wishing to remember her, make donations in her memory to the Cancer Fund
