FRANK FORTUNE, 62 DIES AT SARANAC LAKE

Frank Fortune, 62, of Saranac Lake died suddenly at his home in that village early Wednesday morning. He was well acquainted thru out the Adirondack area and in Plattsburgh.

Surviving Mr. Fortune are his widow, Mary Witherbee Fortune, a brother William Fortune and a sister, Mrs. William Vassal, the latter both of Bloomingdale.

Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church, Saranac Lake, on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, daylight saving time.

Burial will be in Saranac Lake.

Frank Fortune, 61, 163 1/2 Broadway, prominent Saranac Lake resident, died July 19. Death was due to a heart attack.

Mr. Fortune was born in Black Brook, and went to that village as a boy. All his life had been spent in this section of the Adirondacks. He had been connected with the business firms of A. Fortune & Co., and J. A. Fortune & Co.
