Harriet "Hattie" LaBarge Bedore was a resident of Saranac Lake. She is buried in St. Bernard's Cemetery.

Mrs. Romeo Bedore, Formerly of Tupper, Dies at Saranac Lake

Mrs. Romeo Bedore, 71, formerly of Tupper Lake, died at 5 a.m. Sunday at her home, 238 Upper Broadway, Saranac Lake.

She had been in failing health about ten years.

She was born at Ellenburg April 16, 1884, the daughter of John and Mary LaMare LaBarge, and in 1918 was married to Romeo Bedore. They moved to Tupper from Utica, and Mr. Bedore was in the employ of the Oval Wood Dish Corporation here for many years. About a year ago they moved to Saranac Lake.

Surviving are her husband: five sons, John Bushie, Rome, and George Bushie, Plattsburgh, by a previous marriage; Fred and Romeo Bedore Jr., Tupper Lake, and George Bedore, Saranac Lake; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Belaire, New York city; Mrs. Yvonne LaPointe, Tonawanda, and Mrs. Ruby Persian, Utica; six grandchildren.
