SARANAC LAKE.
—Horace Morhouse has been sadly afflicted with chronic rheumatism all through the summer, being confined to his bed most of the time, and to his house nearly all the time. He is just able to be out a little again.

Death of Horace Morhous.
Horace Morhous died at his home, Saranac Lake, Friday morning last, in the 80th year of his age. He was born in the town of Willsboro and formerly worked as a carpenter and joiner. He built the Congregational parsonage in this village and was well and favorably known here. Five sisters survive him, two of whom —Mrs. A. F. Woodruff and Mrs. Parrish— reside in this village. Funeral services were held at Saranac Lake Sunday at 1 o'clock P. M.
