Louise R. Abare

Louise R. Abare, 66, a former resident here, died Friday evening in Grandview Hospital in Sellersville, Pa.

Mrs. Abare has been a resident of Barbertown, Pa., since 1972. She was a Liscensed Practical Nurse in Saranac Lake and Pennsylvania.

Her husband, Earl Abare, predeceased her.

Mrs. Abare was born in Keene, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Collins) Wells.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Lloyd (Marlene) Watson of Green Lane, Pa.; three brothers, John L. of Saranac Lake, and Edmund R. and Arthur J., both of Keene; and several nieces and nephews.

A Bible vigil was conducted Sunday night and a Mass was celebrated this morning at the Fortune Funeral Home, with the Rev. Timothy Chambers officiating. Interment will be in St. Bernard’s Cemetery.
