Sandra Amell, 61, formerly of Bloomingdale, died following a short illness on Saturday May 28, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Born in Saranac Lake on June 1, 1954, she was the daughter of Raymond and Jean (Saumier) Amell.
Sandra attended and graduated from Saranac Lake High School.
She is survived by one son, Brian Alphonso of Las Vegas, Nevada; four brothers: Donald (Cindy) Amell of Bloomingdale, Paul Amell of Saranac Lake, Larry Amell of Galway and Stephen (Kerry Munn) Amell of Bloomindale; one sister, Brenda (Wayne) Darrah of Bloomingdale; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother and one sister, Debbie Amell.
Funeral services will take place at the convenience of the family Las Vegas, Nevada.
