GEORGE LAMBOS TO OPEN NEW DINING PLACE

La Petite Restaurant, located at 154 Lake Flower avenue, will open at 5 o'clock tomorrow afternoon under the ownership and management of George Lambos.

The new eating establishment will feature full-course meals and will specialize in seafood. In addition lo serving breakfasts luncheons and dinners there will be a la carte selections.

The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. until midnight. Mr. Lambos formerly operated a hotel and restaurant in Poughkeepsie and, with his family, is now a resident of Saranac Lake.

He announced today he plans to operate the restaurant the year around and will have cabins on his property to accommodate tourists.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hall from the Berkeley Delicatessen have moved to Lake Flower Avenue where they all operate the former Lambos Motel and Restaurant.
