Mrs. Norah Splatt Dies in Hospital
Norah Betters Splatt died at the Saranac Lake General Hospital at 8 p.m. Wednesday. She was born in Blackbrook, New York on July 1, 1902 the daughter of Lewis Betters and the former Stella LaFountain.
Mrs. Platt is survived by her mother, two daughters; Mrs. Stella Sampson of Englishtown, New Jersey and Mrs. Mary Rogowski of Utica and a sister, Mrs. Phoebe Ohmann of Saranac Lake. Also surviving are six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A Rosary Service will be held tonight at the Keough and Son Funeral Home at 8 o’clock with a funeral mass at St. Bernard’s Church tomorrow morning at 9. Burial will be in the St. Bernard’s Cemetery. Friends may call at the Keough Home between 2 and 4 and 7 and 10 p.m.
