Mrs. Agnes Cassidy
Mrs. Agnes L. Cassidy, a resident of Saranac Lake for over 70 years, died yesterday at her home here.
She. was born March 10, 1901 in Standish, the daughter of George L. & Celinda (Amell) Lashway.
Her husband, Bernard Cassidy, predeceased her.
Mrs. Cassidy had been a chamber-maid at the Hotel Saranac for many years.
Two brothers, Victor and Arthur Lashway of Saranac Lake and a sister, Mrs. Mary White of Willsboro, survive.
Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Keough and Son Funeral Home. A Bible vigil will be held at the funeral home tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m., Saturday at St. Bernard’s Church.
Burial will be in St. Bernard’s Cemetery.
